
Why we started
With over 30 years of combined industry experience, Agile founders Ollie and James observed immense frustrations with the way typical telecoms culture operates. Understanding that organisations are fed up with restrictive long contracts, a lack of flexibility, and tedious ticketing, they backed themselves to start a company that would change things. With a mission to offer genuinely flexible and uncomplicated communication solutions, Agile Comms was born.
Where we are now
Agile Comms has grown rapidly, from a plucky start-up founded in 2021 to a team with an industry-leading Net Promoter Score and award-winning approach to innovation and customer experience. Ollie and James’ founding hunch that organisations were tired of their current comms contracts was correct, and we’ve seen hundreds of organisations enjoy switching to a company with clear values that genuinely put their needs first.
From Truro to Northern Scotland, we now help clients nationwide achieve their goals using flexible and scalable communications, all while supporting our local community in the South West with sponsorships and events.
